Agreement

This agreement regulates the relationship that arises between the User (the client using the functionality of the site) and the owners of the site Homeller.com and all its subdomains (hereinafter – the site Homeller.com ).
Any action to use the functionality of the site Homeller.com It is an unconditional acceptance of the terms of this User Agreement. The use of the site's features in ways contrary to this agreement is possible only with the written consent of the site owners.

The user voluntarily decides to provide Homeller.com his personal and other data (surname, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and other information) for the purposes of fulfilling the User Agreement, and hereby declares his consent to processing Homeller.com and/or its affiliates of the User's personal and other data, their transfer (including cross-border transfer to the territory of foreign states, ensuring adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects) for processing by other Users and/or third parties acting on behalf of Homeller.com , including for the purposes of: providing consulting support to Users, checking Ads and Information for compliance with the User Agreement, delivering messages to other Users, obtaining statistical and analytical data to improve the functioning Homeller.com . expanding the range of Services provided, receiving information and/or advertising messages Homeller.com or third parties, preventing or suppressing illegal and/or unauthorized actions of Users or third parties, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Homeller.com takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.

The user is solely responsible for keeping his credentials and password for accessing the site confidential.

By posting information on the website Homeller.com The user understands and assumes all risks associated with the placement of information, including: the risk of an email address being included in spam mailing lists, the risk of an email address being sent to various types of scammers, the risk of a phone number being sent to SMS spammers and/or SMS scammers and other risks arising from such placement of information.

The User undertakes to act in accordance with the current legislation and the User Agreement Homeller.com , and also bears full responsibility in accordance with the law for its own actions and inaction related to the use of the site's features.
In the event of a judicial and/or controversial situation, when one User has claims against another User related to the use of the site, the User undertakes to make demands and resolve claims independently and without the participation of the site owners Homeller.com .
The site owners are not responsible for damages or expenses incurred in connection with the use or inability to use the site Homeller.com .
The site owners have the right to edit, delete, block, reject or return the ad to the user for revision, as well as to transfer the ad to another section of the bulletin board for the convenience of site visitors.
The owners of the site have the right to extend, complete and postpone the publication of the announcement without explaining the reasons.
The Site owners have the right to determine the methods and conditions for displaying a User's ad on the site.
Publishing an ad on the site means that the User agrees with the right of the site owners to apply the corporate logo of the site to the photos used by the User in the ads.
The site owners do not guarantee continuous, reliable and error-free operation of the entire site Homeller.com so are parts of its services.
The site owners have the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the services or completely to the site Homeller.com .
The site owners are not responsible for losses incurred by the user due to the termination or suspension of access to the site's features.
The user does not object to receiving advertising information posted on the site by third parties.
The site owners are not responsible for the content and reliability of the advertising information posted on the site by Users and advertisers.
The site owners have the right to transfer their rights and/or obligations under this User Agreement, both in whole and in part, to a third party. In case of transfer of rights and/or obligations both in whole and in part, the site owners undertake to inform Users to whom the rights and/or obligations under this User Agreement have been transferred, both in whole and in part, by publishing relevant information on Homeller.com . In case of transfer of rights and/or obligations both in whole and in part under this User Agreement to a third party, the third party has the right to provide similar or similar services on another site.
When resolving all disputes arising under the User Agreement, the parties undertake to apply the current legislation.
